I guess I should probably stick a favorites list up on the FAQ… BTW is there any way to have a sort of sticked “Recommended Watching this Season” sort of thing, say, on a tab? This might help people who are wanting something new-ish to watch. Well, I’ll crank out a post on One Piece by the end of the week; don’t mind the post hijack, I’ll just return the favor in the near future… BWAHAHAHHAHA.

NVM. Actually, I probably will watch Yokohama Shopping Log. Because a while ago I saw this AMV with the ‘Sore Foot Song’ and I thought the show looked great, but I couldn’t remember what it was. YEah, it was that, lol. It’s only 4 eps, right? Shouldn’t be a problem at all.

I’ve seen Kino, Futakoi, and the first half of Nodame which I loved but never got around to the rest (plus so much negativity toward it). I’m around halfway through Haibane as well, which is because I simply don’t ever see the damn DVDs and therefor spend my money on other things.

As for Black Lagoon, a lot of people I trust have been talking about this show, but I’ve been postponing it for the simple reason that I’m not really into action shows at all lately. I don’t know what Mai-HiME is about, but I’ve been meaning to check it out because it seems like one of those shows that I will absolutely love and not be able to figure out why, XD

As for Yokohama Shopping Log – I’ll look it up. I don’t know that I’ll go through with watching it for the same reason I don’t watch ARIA – substance before beauty. I know i’ll watch it eventually and probably like it a bit, but not now.

Still need to go to a con. Sorry I couldn’t make it to Otakon this year. And apparently the Eminence concert was super awesome, so that makes it even more depressing. Glad to see you had fun at Japan though despite all the rigmarole that was involved.

21stcenturydigitalboy (sorry for hijacking Nomadotto’s post here): Other than those listed, I would probably add Manabi Straight, Hidamari Sketch, Utena and Hitohira, which you’ve already seen, and Black Lagoon and Nodame Cantabile, which I don’t know if you’ve seen or not. Otherwise, my favorites list is as you see it. On recommendations, I would stress Haibane Renmei, Kino’s Journey, Mai-HiME, Black Lagoon, Nodame Cantabile and Futakoi Alternative from the list if you haven’t seen them. Also if you can tolerate stuff that isn’t action packed at all, Yokohama Shopping Log. Remember though that while our tastes might be similar, we won’t like all of the same things.

And now I’m wondering what Nomadotto’s favorite animes are.

Second, since you and I seem to have very similar tastes, I was wondering if you could offer me an reccommendations (even if they aren’t your absolute favorites)
